For flights of 1.500 km or less , the customer will receive a compensation of EUR 250 and the Customer will have to pay a service charge equal to 33% + VAT.
For flights known as intra-Community flights exceeding 1,500 km and flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km , the customer will receive compensation of EUR 400 . Therefore, the Customer will only have to pay a service charge of 33% + VAT . Regarding the rest of the flights not specified above, if the Customer obtains the right to receive 600 EUR, 33% + VAT of the compensation will be the service charge.

For claim types other than those set forth in EC 261 claims, the service fee will be withheld as follows:

The Client shall at all times enjoy the assurance that Despago SRL will guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the amount of compensation to be received. If all criteria in the claim are met in accordance with EC261 , then the Client will be entitled to receive from Despago SRL the correct amount in EUR.
Also, for further clarification, any compensation resulting from an EC261 claim will be paid in EUR. Therefore, compensation received as a result of Despago SRL’s efforts will be processed in a fully transparent manner. For this reason, the Client will be able to satisfactorily verify whether Despago SRL has fulfilled its obligations under EC261.
Additional costs and expenses related to bank transfers will not risk the liability of Despago SRL. Even if the amount of these expenses is expected to be inconsistent or relevant in most cases, we reserve the right not to be responsible for this due to different banking policies.
